Your code is yours. Here’s exactly how we handle it.
Drytis only works if founders trust us with the thing they’re building. This page says plainly what we do with your code and data — and what we don’t. You own everything Drytis builds. We just help you finish it.
No surprises. If it’s on this page, it’s how we operate.
How your code and data are handled
When you build with Drytis, your project’s code and the data you paste into our tools are processed to run the service: AI models generate code, our engineers review and finish builds, and our support tooling needs enough context to help you.
We retain account and workspace data only while your account is active, plus a reasonable period after — then it’s deleted or de-identified. AI prompts and outputs are kept only as long as needed to run the feature and maintain your session, then deleted or de-identified on a rolling basis. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
One concrete commitment we can make today: any snippet you submit for review runs once, is sent to the review model for analysis, and is not stored.
Your code, your property
Everything Drytis builds — AI output and engineer work alike — is delivered to you and is yours. We don’t reuse your code, train on it, or resell it.
Run once, then discarded
Submitted snippets are analyzed and thrown away. No storage, no retention, no reuse.
Engineers see what they finish
Vetted Drytis engineers are assigned to your build and work on your code to complete it. Engineers are added to a build for the duration of that work. Once it’s done, their access to that project ends.
Named when you ask
We work with a small number of subprocessors — AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers — to run the service. Per our Data Processing Addendum, the current, itemized list is maintained and available on request.
Certified where we are. Honest where we aren’t.
SOC 2 — not yet certified. Ask us about our current practices. We comply with GDPR (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer Addendum for cross-border transfers) and with the CCPA and other U.S. state privacy laws as a service provider — meaning we don’t sell or share your personal data, and we only use it to provide the service.
We do not display badges we haven’t earned.
